Once your request is approved, we'll send you the return instructions.

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll process the appropriate refund or agreed resolution.
Before you return
A few things to know.
30-day returns
Our standard returns window is 30 days from delivery. Start your request online and we'll take it from there.
Check the fit indoors
You're welcome to check sizing and fit indoors with clean, dry hands. If you're considering a return, please keep protective palm film in place and avoid washing the gloves or using them with a ball.
Something faulty?
Start a return request and select the reason that best describes the problem. Please include useful details so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Fit Service samples
Try Your Size fit samples use a separate return process. Please follow the instructions supplied with your sample and return it within the Fit Service return window.

How long do I have to return an order?
Our standard SILENCE returns window is 30 days from delivery. This is in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
Can I try the gloves on?
Yes. Checking the fit indoors with clean, dry hands is fine. If you're not sure you'll keep them, we recommend leaving the protective palm film in place and avoiding anything that could mark or alter the gloves.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Start a return request using the button above. If you're still unsure which size you need, our Try Your Size service can help before you open another new pair.
What happens if my gloves are faulty?
Start the return process and tell us what's wrong. Faulty products are handled separately from normal change-of-mind returns and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Who pays the return postage?
Return instructions and any applicable postage arrangements will be confirmed when your return request is reviewed.
How do Try Your Size samples work?
Fit samples should be returned using the instructions supplied with the service. Once your fit sample has been returned and checked, your Foundation 01 purchase credit is issued in line with the Fit Service terms.
