SILENCE / FOUNDATION 01 / START HERE

Your gloves
are ready.

Four simple steps before the first whistle. Check the fit, prepare the latex, use them properly, then keep them performing.

FIRST THINGS FIRST

Don’t remove the film yet.

Try the gloves on first. If the fit isn’t right, keeping the protective palm film in place means you can deal with the sizing before you wash or use them.

01 / Fit

CHECK BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Close. Secure. Comfortable.

Try both gloves on indoors with clean, dry hands. Fasten the wrist exactly as you would for a match. Foundation 01 is a close-fitting negative cut, so it should feel precise — not painful or forced.

Thinking about a return?

Keep the protective palm film in place. Don’t wash the gloves and don’t use them with a ball. See returns & exchanges →

02 / Activate

KEEPING THEM?

Wake up the latex.

Once you’re happy with the fit, carefully remove the protective film and give the palms a gentle pre-wash before their first proper use.

1

Peel carefully

Remove the palm film slowly. Avoid digging into the latex with fingernails.

2

Rinse

Use clean, lukewarm water and gently work it across the palms.

3

Air dry

Let the gloves dry naturally with good airflow. No direct heat.

03 / Play

BEFORE WARM-UP

Damp. Not soaked.

Lightly dampen the palms with clean water before you play. Contact latex performs best when it is clean and slightly damp rather than bone-dry.

1

Add water

A light, even dampening is enough. You don’t need to saturate the glove.

2

Warm up

Let the palms work naturally through handling and your normal warm-up.

3

Top up

If the palms dry during play, add a little clean water again.

04 / Care

AFTER THE FINAL WHISTLE

Clean them before the dirt settles.

Rinse or wash the gloves after substantial use, especially after muddy or abrasive surfaces. Handle the latex gently, rinse thoroughly, then air-dry before storing.

1

Rinse / wash

Lukewarm water. Gentle pressure with your fingers. No brushes or aggressive scrubbing.

2

Dry naturally

Press out excess water gently and leave them somewhere ventilated away from heat and sunlight.

3

Store properly

Only bag them once sufficiently dry. Keep them cool, ventilated and not compressed.

PROTECT THE PALM

Three hard no’s.

No washing machine Hand-wash so you control the water, movement and pressure.
No radiator Direct heat can dry and harden the latex.
No damp bag Let them breathe and dry before you pack them away.

THE WORK NOBODY SEES
